AUTUMN EQUINOX: SOUND, SEED & SOUP

Me & Frank have a really special evening planned at M&F Towers and we would love you to join us!

We just had a feeling that the equinox would be a beautiful time to get together to thank the year so far and focus our intentions for the months ahead, with the energy of the full moon lingering.

Focus will be on Balance, Harvest and Preparing for Growth.

It will be a cosy evening starting with mulled apple punch & cake.

Then we have some quirky little creative ideas to help focus gratitude and intentions, with some things to take home for continuing harvest journey.

You will also take home a magic potion in the form of an essential oil blend with an affirmation to practice a little harvesting ritual to keep the intention ongoing.

AND the Fabulous Gemm from Signature Sound Therapies is going to bathe us with peaceful, healing Soundbath to fully immerse us in our preparations for moving forward. This bespoke offering will last approximately 1hr, and hit deep, while you lay on a comfy mattress and thank yourself for giving you this time.

To finish we will sip a cup of intentional soup to celebrate the harvest and take time to share thoughts, feelings and the usual gossip and giggles.
