Are you looking to make some changes in your life?

Searching for reassurance of your worth, deeper connection to your inner-child, a creative outlet... cake and a chat?

During our FROM HERE TO HER sessions, we welcome you into our home for a series of immersive workshops and gatherings, designed to help connect you to who you want to be.

If you're able to join us at the home/HQ of Me & Frank & Liberty Feist Studio Nov. 8-12th then you are in for a treat... a deep look at life, self-love, and wellbeing. We will guide you in the beginning steps of yourself discovery journey, and arm you with a few of the tools you'll need along that road!

The Me & Frank team for this week will be: Pea (Me & Frank) + Liberty (Liberty Feist Studio) + Em (Magpie Wild Oils) + Rebecca (Rebecca Bindon / Innate Intelligence). Each with our own eclectic range of skills and interests, and all on our own journeys of healing, learning, practising, playing and experimenting. So, we're here for you, we hear you, we stand with you.

With self-love and wellbeing at the core, it's going to be something you'll look back on in six months and thank yourself for showing up. So do this for yourself, for your inner child, for your future self, for everyone you've put first all these years... It's your time now

Come and stock your 'wellbeing toolkit' with new tools so that you can look after yourself, a little self-care DIY is necessary these days - and the more tools the better!! If your kit is feeling a little rusty in some areas, bring along what you already know for a sharpen, clean & polish!
