I HAVE A VISION... BOARD 🙌 (REQUESTED)

As the name suggests, we're making vision boards! It's time to manifest / ask for what you truly want - so ask for the big or little things... there's no harm in asking, right?

This will be an assisted, but not instructed event... you'll be free to create the way you want to, but we'll be there to help & advise. 

We will provide A3 card* for you to create your delicious masterpiece on, and a wide range of magazines, craft supplies for you to pick from. 

We recommend that if you have some magazines/images of your own, to bring them along with you - especially if you're wanting to call in something a little more niche or personal. Our go to is printing off saved Pinterest boards**

Libby will also teach you how to make your own Sigils, which are a super useful tool for secret affirmations that you can have up anywhere, to remind you of your intention/desire, but only you know what they mean.

As always, you'll have access to our range of wellbeing tools to help you throughout the day: affirmation and oracle cards, essential oils, poetry books, crystals, journalling prompts and questions, etc.  

*other sizes available, if you want to work smaller, or you can use thinner paper if you want to fold it into your journal!! Or work dircetly in your journal as pictured.

FOOD & DRINK:  

• Light refreshments provided throughout - a range of hot and cold drinks, fruit, and cake (of course)
• Please let us know if you have any specific dietery requirements (cake is usually dairy free for Libby)

WooOmeter: 🌕🌑🌑🌑🌑 1/5 (hardly woowoo) ... but no promises, we'll 'read the room' & adjust accordingly.

What my ticket includes: refreshments, affirmations, make & take.

Where is it: Me & Frank, Chelston in Torquay. Right by Torquay Railway Station.

What to wear: This isn't an intentionally messy workshop, but there may be paint involved, so don't wear anything that'll get ruined! (feel free to make yourself at home, get cosy, bring slippers if you like!)

Note: we will usually take photos on the evening, please feel free to do so also.
