I RELEASE & RENEW: a full moon celebration

Our full moon celebration evening: Release & Renew, is a special gathering for women to come together and connect with our inner wisdom and power, and to honour the energy of the moon.

We will gather in our dark and moody dining room, with a delicious warm punch (spiked/unspiked) to comfort and relax us, as we discuss our experiences with the full moon, life, love, and make time to acknowledge what no longer serves us. The highlight of the evening will be the communal burning of letters as a release; creating space for the new, where we set our intentions for the coming cycle. Amplifying our intentions with a mini ‘spell jar’ make and take, will provide you with a visual reminder to anchor you to the energy of the night.

This is a beautiful opportunity to let go of the past and embrace new blessings with renewed energy. We will also have time to share, laugh and enjoy each other’s company. This is a time for us to let go and be in a space of acceptance and joy.

We will also provide a mug of hearty soup, along with other nibbles and tea/coffee. Each event will be a little different adapting to the energy of the group and the focus of the month, but there will always be an opportunity to enjoy essential oils, pull affirmation cards, and access our range of wellbeing tools.

Where is it: Me & Frank, Chelston in Torquay. Right by Torquay Railway Station.

What to wear: The evening will be a gentle mixture of indoor and outdoor activities and socialising - so come in whatever you feel most comfortable and fabulous in; dress for your inner-goddess (maybe she likes trackies, maybe she likes kimonos and floaty dresses... but bring layers!) this is your invitation to be as bold or quiet as you need to be, for whatever phase you're in right now.
