The Flower Moon Focus

So, we have sown our seeds of intention, now it’s time to open up and unfurl the fabulous you.

But first …….. what about the weeds? The ones that are stealing the goodness and overshadowing our minds, the ones that are trying to trap our roots and hold us back??

Let’s write them down (name them if we dare) and shred them, burn them, put our wellies on and trample them! Whatever it takes to show them who’s garden it is!

Then comes the nourishment – the loving affirmations, the intention setting (because we need to keep doing it), listening to what the planets are trying to tell us.
