We Gather (Lion's gate, 2 sessions)

We Gather... two-fold, a chance to gather, but also a sharing of wisdoms and possibilities - this is not a class or a lesson, but a sharing. 

Lionsgate portal (8/8), Venus Retrograde... there's a lot going on, so let's utalise it! 

Sweetheart, it's your time to shine; so let yourself let go of all those things you may be holding onto that are holding you back.

Join us as we discuss life, love, the planets, the things that excite us and make time to acknowledge what no longer serves us.

This is a time to nurture our friendships, and to focus on our goals, dreams and desires. This will be a beautiful opportunity to share, laugh and enjoy each other’s company.

Each event will be always a little different, adapting to the energy of the group and the focus of the collective, but there will always be an opportunity to enjoy essential oils, pull affirmation cards, and access our range of wellbeing tools. Bring your journal if you have one on the go already, but worry not, we will provide you with one if you don't! Journalling is a great tool for wellbeing, and one we use a lot at Me & Frank... we have plenty of supplies!! Create a vision board, try some intuitive texhniques and/or just enjoy the cathartic mucky process... the invitation is there for you to do whatever feels good.

This will be a semi-informal gathering, not a workshop, it's an opportunity to sit in the energy of our gorgeous little community and share, give, and recieve.  A safe space, to share as much or as little as feels right, to connect, and to explore. with freedom to explore what calls you, and with us as your guides and sisters. 

Times: Saturday 5th 2-5pm & Tuesday 8th (most potent energy!) 7-10pm  ... ideally you'll come to both, but hopefully you'll make one of them.

Where is it: Me & Frank, Chelston in Torquay. Right by Torquay Railway Station.

What to wear: The evening will be a gentle mixture of indoor and outdoor activities and socialising - so come in whatever you feel most comfortable and fabulous in; dress for your inner-goddess (maybe she likes trackies, maybe she likes kimonos and floaty dresses... but bring layers!) this is your invitation to be as bold or quiet as you desire, for whatever phase you're in right now.
